About Vladimir R. St. Louis
Vladimir R. St. Louis is a shareholder and co-founder of St. Louis Morris. Since founding the firm, Mr. St. Louis has tailored his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate, and taxation.
Mr. St. Louis graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, Dean’s List designation, with an Executive Master of Laws in Taxation and Certificate of Study in State and Local Taxation. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. During law school, he participated in several legal clinics, competed in several competitions with the FIU Mock Trial Team, and interned with the Third District Court of Appeal, Guardianship Program of Dade County, Peña Law Firm, and the General Counsel’s Office of the Palm Beach County School Board, where he gained valuable experience with civil and criminal cases.
Mr. St. Louis graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBA) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and a minor in Music. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. St. Louis participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program with the IRS and was a member of the Supper Honors Program.
Mr. St. Louis’ experiences in both civil and criminal matters allow him to be a zealous and effective advocate for his clients. Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. St. Louis worked at a real estate litigation firm for over three years where he represented multiple national lenders in foreclosure and eviction actions throughout the State of Florida.
Mr. St. Louis co-founded St. Louis Morris, P.A. to create a firm that is focused on providing exceptional legal representation at cost-effective prices. We have a client-centered approach that focuses on the needs of our clients as a whole. “Rather than focus on a single issue or case that a client is facing, here at St. Louis Morris, we talk to our clients in depth to determine exactly what issues they are facing, the different possible outcomes, and then we come up with a resolution that best serves the needs of the individual client.” We have the passion, experience, and expertise to represent our clients in these matters.
Mr. St. Louis is a licensed member of the Florida Bar. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. St. Louis is an active member of various legal organizations: Broward County Bar Association, Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida, and the Haitian Lawyers Association. He volunteers as a pro bono attorney at Broward Legal Aid. Mr. St. Louis is also a board member of Achievement Heights Academy. He is fluent in English and Haitian Creole.

In his free time, Mr. St. Louis enjoys playing basketball, football, racquetball, tennis, music and spending time with family and friends. He is an active member at his local church and resides in Miramar, Florida with his wife, Joane, daughter, Alexandria, and son, Josiah.
